Burnham Market is situated a few miles from the North Norfolk coast with it's sandy beaches, bird watching and seals.
It is surrounded by countryside and a 20 yd walk from the cottage will find you in fields.
The cottage is situated on a quiet back street a few moments from the village centre.
Sea Lavender cottage is only 2 half hours from central London by car, and 2 hours from Kings Cross by train. There is a bus from the station to the centre of the village. The bus also runs along the coast road to get you to most of the attractions in the local area. The village can provide you with most you need for your self catering holiday.
Cley Next the Sea is on the main coastal road, with the cottage the other side of the road from the beach. The cottage is set back behind a row of cottages which front the road which is the High Street. It is quiet behind these properties. The centre of the village is 50yds away. There are buses from Holt, a town 4 miles away which connect with major stations in the area, such as Sheringham and Norwich.
They are within each reach of the Midlands and surrounding areas with many of our guests coming from many different places including Leciestershire, Yorkshire, Somerset and even Scotland!

Additional info - If approaching the Burnham Market from the west turn right into station road at the church, go round the sharp bend, and the cottage is the fourth on the left. If apporaching the village from the south turn left into station road after the garage, and the cottage is towards the end of the road - the first of a terrace of four on the right just before the sharp bend
If approaching Cley from Salthouse the cottage is just on your left as you enter the village, look for the blue tractor on the road / fresh bait sign. You enter through the sign that says 'the long house, through the arch under the cottage and then the cottage is towards the rear of the yard. From Holt / Blakeney - go through the village on the A149 and round the bend, after this just passed Cookes tea shop you will find the tractor on the road and follow Salthouse instructions

The North and Midlands, from Kings Lynn follow the A149 coast road, taking the signs for Burnham Market at Brancaster. For Lavender stay on the coast road until you reach Cley.
For Sea Lavender turn right when indicted to Burnham Market just after Brancaster (after the garage). Turn left to the village at the bottom. Turn right at the church which leads you into Station road. (before the main village) The cottage is fourth on the left.
